A delightful two double bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor at Cardinal Place set within the New Central Complex in the heart of Woking town centre. Providing ample living space for a maximum of four people with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Two generous sized bedrooms, a walk on balcony, a family sized bathroom with shower over bath and an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom. Smart TV with Netflix and fast speed wifi. Parking guaranteed for one car in a secured underground car park.

Neighbourhood information

Cardinal Place is situated in the heart of Woking town centre and can be found across a pedestrian piazza within the development known as New Central. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor to the back of the building which enjoys peace and quiet and the afternoon sun. The apartment comprises of two good sized double bedrooms, an ensuite shower room, a family sized bathroom with shower over bath, a housekeeping cupboard with washer/dryer and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
