Oakwood Lodge is nestled on the edge of Badger Lake in a lovely Badger Retreat area of the park. With a large decked balcony you can sit and relax and enjoy the views across the lake and beyond. Internally you will find a large open plan kitchen diner fitted with fridge freezer, integrated oven and dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious living room with fantastic lake views beyond has two sets of double doors which open onto the gated decked area. With a large entrance hallway leading you to the two double bedrooms, you will not be disappointed. The master suite has quality fitted wardrobes, double bed and luxury en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a dressing area. The main bathroom comes complete with a bath and shower, wc and basin. Externally you will find two private car parking spaces and a decked area which runs down the side of the lodge and to the front overlooking Badger Lake. We also have a table and chairs for you to relax on outside. Our lodge is ideally situated for walks along the beach, trips to the many castles, Holy Island etc.
We fell in love with Northumberland a few years ago and bought our two bedroom super lodge with a view to spending more relaxing, unwinding and enjoying the glorious beaches and countryside that surround us.
The lodge is located in a lovely quiet area of the park and it's great to sit overlooking the lake and just watching the world go peacefully by. Haggerston Castle offers a golf course, pony riding, swimming, spa etc.
