Good contact prior to checking in with all relevant instructions. House was in lovely condition with all amenities. The house easily caters for 10 adults with plenty of space. The hot tub and pool table is an added bonus and thoroughly enjoyed...

This beautifully converted 16th Century barn is located in Pages Green, Wetheringsett. You'll enter the barn through a solid oak door with a natural stone entrance hall. Not only will barn enthusiasts get excited over the traditional, handcrafted, Suffolk latched doors, timber floors, massive supporting beams and distinctive floor to ceiling windows flooding light into this open-plan living and dining space, but they will also note the warm, friendly and welcoming character of the building. The living space features dimable designer lights, leather sofas and a hearty wood burning stove. The large bespoke kitchen boasts a beautiful stone floor, thick luxurious granite work tops, traditional butler sink, cosy corner breakfast area. Wander up to the spacious galleried landing where you will find two leather arm chairs - the perfect spot to read a book, snooze or marvel at the large period lantern suspended in the hall. Retreat to the master bedroom where you will discover the super king size oak four-poster bed and from here you can lie back and gaze up at the stars through the full height windows on a clear night! A further super king bedroom with en-suite can also be found on the ground floor. Scale the flight of oak stairs with oak and glass banisters to find a stylish 3rd bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite before crossing the bridge to two further bedrooms both with super king beds ensuring all the guests get a good nights sleep! At the front of the property is a double garage (aka games room) with pool and darts. A rustic pea gravel drive gives access to the quiet leafy lane, with no through traffic, and provides off-road parking for 5-6 cars. Surrounding the property is the beautiful countryside, with south-facing uninterrupted views over the fields. Just in case the setting isn't relaxing enough, a brand new Jacuzzi hot tub has been installed at the property this summer for your enjoyment.
I am easy going and fun to be around ....I like keeping fit, socializing, enjoy the city but also the countryside
You will love the rurual countryside and local pubs - you have to go to The Swan in Worlingworth on a Sunday afternoon - you'll never have experienced a pub quite like this one! Horse and Carts, old boys in their Sunday best and some form of musical entertainment! You will need a car or a bike
