We enjoy welcoming guests from all walks of life and showing them our Farm and everything we have to offer. Giving tips on what to do whilst at the same time respecting their privacy and letting our valued guests enjoy their much-deserved time without intrusion. We manage other properties here on site however the Yurt has its very own quirky identity and it stays toasty even in the winter. Our Lady's Well Shepherds Hut is a favorite for guests wanting a back-to-nature experience. The Old Dairy sleeps 16. This is our celebration house complete with Hot Tub, Sauna, & Arctic Hut not forgetting the games room that has a brand-new pool table. The Cider Barn sleeps 3 and has underfloor heating and its very own Orchard - perfect for relaxing and reading a book.
Guests will be given a great welcome and an introduction to the Farm together with Tips on fabulous country walks, coastal walks where best to eat out etc. We do this as friendly and as swiftly as possible as we know guests want to start their holiday from the word Go!
Walnut Barn Estate is a Family-run business, and we love nothing more than to share our farm with others. We have Rheas, Geese, Ducks, Hens, Peacocks, Horses, Sheep, Pigs and cows on site.

Our Hidden Gem - Yurt is from the Film Bridget Jones Baby. It is Glamping at its best - fully equipped with Log Burner, Fairy lights and glass Skydome to soak up the dark skies at night. Oil Radiator, Electric Blanket, and Cosy Throw to keep you toasty. Does it get any better than that? Kitchenette, Sofa, Smart Tv & Wifi help to keep you in touch - if you so wish. We welcome 1 well-behaved dog from May/Oct. This is due to weather conditions and the preservation of our Yurt and access across the fields to get to the property.
Let us transport you through a field to your Home. All dogs to be kept on a leash.
Magnificent views of the 50-acre Farm. Your very own secluded garden complete with Sun loungers, and seated Patio Area. The Firepit and BBQ is perfect to round off the day whether it is Marshmallows or Juicy Burgers. Finish off with a dip in the Hot Tub whilst star gazing. Bluetooth- speakers for your very own tunes to get you in the mood. Then pop on your bathrobe and kick back.
The Oak-built private WC & Heated Shower is right on your doorstep so no wandering across fields at night. Set in an area of AONB with a local award-winning pub just a mere 5 min walk away. Miles of the countryside on our doorstep and Beaches just 5 mins away - we have it all here in the sleepy village of Hutton. Try out the amazing local food pub just 5 mins walk - what could be better than that?
You will be greeted and transported by our Electric Golf Buggy through the fields to your destination. No need to traipse miles with your luggage - we got this covered. Just bring wellies for muddy days & flip flops for around the tub.
Fresh Eggs are available daily for you to enjoy and cook yourself - why not take some home as a perfect gift?

The sleepy Village of Hutton has an amazing Award Winning Local Pub 5 mins walk away. (dog friendly) with locally sourced food. There is also a very good Chinese takeaway.
The Best of Both Worlds with doorstep countryside walks through AONB and also miles and miles of Beaches less than 2 miles away in Weston super Mare.
Foothills of the Mendips the air is clean and inviting. This is Cider territory with acres of apple trees. Miles and miles of beaches are just 5 mins drive away. Dedicated dog-friendly areas at certain times of the year. For a quiet beach why not try out Sandbay & walk the National Trust Point.
Don't forget the Strawberry Line a fabulous way to explore on foot or on your bicycle & the Weston to Brean cycle path is also a must. A walk along Roman Road is a must - from here you will see Glastonbury Tor. Several well-known Cider makers are literally just down the road - go sample for FREE at Richs Cider at Mark. They also have a Cider museum and an amazing restaurant and Farmers Market Shop. Well worth a visit.
Pop along to Uphill 1 mile away and enjoy the wharf. From here you can choose to walk towards Brean on the cycle path and riverbanks or simply walk the miles of the beach (dog friendly). Try out the BoatHousef cafe or maybe one of the 2 pubs in Uphill.
You are never far away from Fish & Chips or Ice Cream which is a must when strolling on the Promenade.
Bath or Bristol is on our doorstep a mere 45/30 mins train journey away - steeped in history. Glastonbury & Wells are worth a visit. On the way back drop into Cheddar Gorge and have a Cream Tea after your trek - or why not sample the cheeses? There is always a weekend Farmers market somewhere with incredible local produce to sample.
