You'll be amazed at the space upon enter your lavishly decorated penthouse; it's really a 3 bedroom home but all located on the first floor!
Your lovingly renovated, luxurious penthouse is located directly above our High Street furniture shop (obviously we're biased - but it's well worth a visit!)
You'll arrive at your private entrance and be greeted by a gate covered in greenery - you've reached your little oasis. Pop in the key code to gain access to the small courtyard and head up those big metal stairs. You can't get lost - there is a conservatory which leads to your front door.
The spacious and light hallway has the main bathroom immediately on the left, then meanders through, past the boot room and on to the open-plan kitchen/diner, which in turn leads into the living room, where we hope you and your family/friends will enjoy lounging on the big leather corner sofa, sipping on a glass of wine from the chiller (wine not provided, soz!) whilst watching Netflix on the big screen. You're not here to work hard, so you have a dishwasher to lighten the load and a washing machine, should you need it.
The other 'half' of the penthouse is where you will find a small desk within the hallway, which is perfect if you need to catch up on a bit of work on your laptop You'll also find the three stunning king size bedrooms. Which one will you choose? The 'master', which also boasts having the en-suite; the calming 'French grey' room; or the 'blue' room, with its striking, solid brass bed? Whatever your decision, as you'd expect, we've been extremely fussy about your beds and mattresses, so we're confident you'll sleep well.
We've furnished the penthouse with some lovely furniture and accessories from our shops but with a nod to the character and age of this Georgian listed building, you will also find some some beautiful antique pieces, so you have the best of both worlds.
As well as owning the Paradise Penthouse, I also own the furniture shop beneath - Living in Paradise, as well as the one around the corner - Beds of Paradise, so it's very much 'Paradise' around here!
In honesty, it doesn't always feel like it, when I'm tying to spin many plates but I always do everything to the best of my ability and put the customer at the centre of my attention.
I probably spend too much time working. Norfolk born and bred.
The town centre itself features numerous independent shops, cafes and restaurants and how wonderful that they're all within walking distance! Our personal favourite is Naxos restaurant, which you will literally be looking at from your front sash windows.
Despite being in rural Norfolk, we're just 25 miles from the Norfolk coast and you have easy access to many other places by road, train or bus. Cambridge, Ely, King's Lynn and even London are all on the direct train line, whilst Norwich is under 50 miles away and then you're on to the Norfolk Broads.
We're happy to give you suggestions for trips should you wish and whilst we're talking about asking questions, don't forget to ask us why Paradise Road got its name, though it's a little gory!
