The annex is self contained, adjacent to the family home with its own entrance via a key safe for self check in. It has a double bed, fridge, microwave, smart TV connected to WiFi. It also has a separate shower and WC.
The annex is a 10 minute walk to Bryngarw Park, it’s close to McArthur Glen designer outlet. Cardiff and Swansea are 30 min away.
