Plum Tree Cottage is a beautiful cottage in the centre of Farnsfield. The accommodation includes a cosy lounge with Freeview TV, fully equipped dining kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms overlooking the sunny garden , shower room and additional downstairs toilet. Washer/ dryer, iron , hairdryer and towels are provided. The garden is equipped with outdoor table and chairs. Travel cot available on request. Bike storage available. The cottage is on a pedestrian only footpath. Free on-street parking is available 50m away. Smoking is not permitted.
Farnsfield has a number of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants making it an ideal base to explore the local area and Robin Hood country. Nottingham, Southwell, Newark and Lincoln are all within easy travelling distance. Local attractions include Sherwood Forest, Newstead Abbey and Clumber Park whilst Wheelgate and White Post Farm are great for families. The Peak District is 40 minutes away by car whilst the village is surrounded by countryside to explore on foot or bike.
