The Prebendal Manor is a beautiful and unique house, with stunning gardens, steeped in history dating back to King Cnut. Its the oldest manor in northamptonshire and one of the oldest houses in England.
There is also a beautiful garden with many rare herbs.
History and archaeology
Rural village about 10 miles from Peterborough and 7 miles from Stamford and Oundle. The area has some hidden gems including Fotheringhay, where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned and Richard III was born.
Elton Hall, Deene Park, and Burghley House are all nearby.
