Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl and Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Set on Eastbourne's glorious seafront, Promenade View is perfect for anyone wanting quick access to the beach and great water views. This beautifully presented apartment is a good choice for those with mobility issues - while it is not wheelchair adapted, it is on the ground floor and boasts a private parking space (no vans or camper vans - car only in space). It sleeps up to four across one kingsize and one twin bedroom. One well behaved small adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted with an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information. Promenade View is one of three flats in a newly-converted seafront building in Eastbourne - a historically significant house where Charles Darwin wrote part of 'Origin of the Species' back in 1852. The apartments each have a contemporary, open-plan living space furnished very similarly. The lounge areas have L-shaped comfy sofas and smart TVs, plus there are further smart TVs in all bedrooms - so no fighting over which programme to watch! Kitchens are well equipped, each boasting an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The bathrooms each have a bath with shower over. All linen and regular towels are provided, plus WiFi.

Neighbourhood information

Eastbourne is a popular seaside tourist town with four theatres, a multiscreen cinema and an art gallery. The town centre includes the newly renovated Beacon shopping centre for mainstream shops, plus the Enterprise centre for more quirky, independent boutiques. It is a great spot to enjoy the great walking and cycling of the South Downs or to explore the wider south coast. Eastbourne pier is just a stone's throw away, plus Eastbourne Redoubt, a circular coastal defence fort. The iconic Eastbourne bandstand is just a stroll down the promenade and the various Eastbourne theatres and the world-class Towner Eastbourne contemporary art gallery are also an easy walk away. The town centre is just 10 minutes stroll, with a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station (with direct trains to London, Gatwick, Brighton, Hastings and more).
