Hot tub is for people over 16 due to health & safety reasons (Plus no fake tan allowed in hot tub) 100pound deposit taken on arrival and will be given back after stay (This is for the hot tub if it gets really dirty, as we need to throw the water out and it takes 24hours to reheat, we dont want to let the next guests down so please just keep the water clean) If there is more than 8 guests they will be charged 100pound per person per night (please just stick to the STRICTLY 8 guests rule, we dont want to charging guests additional costs) The Quintenvale House is perfectly located right in the middle of an area of outstanding natural beauty, nestled in the foothills of the Mourne Mountains. The luxurious and exclusive private accommodation provides you with the most breath taking views of Slieve Binnian and Slieve Donard. This is the perfect getaway, to explore the Mourne Mountains, Silent Valley, Tollymore Forrest Park, Newcastle and much more within the surrounding area.
