After many years of dreaming of running a B&B we have finally arrived. I left nursing after 42 years and Mark printing. We are living our dream, which we still find a little hard to believe. We both love meeting people, listening to their stories and sharing ours. I love to craft and have the opportunity to stock our little shop, Mark is getting to grips with picture framing and corrugated artworks. We have found the perfect place to spend time in the woods, fields and beaches with our Sprocker "Nala" who is loving her new life in Norfolk. You can't not love it here.

We aim to give our guests a relaxed and peaceful break from home and work. This lovely old building has been in Neatishead since 1786 and we are simply one more family of custodians in its long history.
Regency House is quirky, a little wonky in places and fits us like a glove.
We look forward to sharing our little piece of history with you and providing you with some good, local produce to keep you going for the day.

Literally 2 doors down is a fabulous pub / micro brewery which our guests all recommend. Suffice to say we have had some very tasty meals there ourselves. The local Community shop is a haven of temptation with scrumptious muffins and the best ice cream as well as all the things you need generally. The ladies who give their time to work there are so nice and always have time to spend the time of day with you. Situated a short walk from one of the many Staith's that abound the Norfolk Broads and the Boardwalk close by is an easy walk down to a fantastic Broadland view.
We are 20-30 minutes from some of the most fantastic beaches and woodlands as well as Hamlets and small towns offering bespoke shops, cafes and restaurants. You really are spoilt for choice in both Norfolk and Suffolk. Close to Norwich we are an easy trip into the city for shopping, eating, shows and so much more.
Come and stay once and you will be hooked on our little part of the world.
Drive about 20 minutes from Regency House to the beach at Horsey Gap. Usually between October and January there is an opportunity to view seals and their pups in the hundreds. A spectacular site to behold.
