Regency Nest is a two storey apartment within a row of elegant Georgian terraced houses located in the heart of historic Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk to all the delights this lovely spa town has to offer. On your doorstep not only do you have the entrance to the stunning Jephson Gardens and the River Leam, but also a large variety of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, Sainsburys, Tesco, as well as the other essentials to cater for all your needs. Regency Nest has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space, plus a dedicated office area that offers flexible working. Set over two floors, Regency Nest contains three stylish bedrooms that sleep up to six people. All three bedrooms are comfortably sized with hotel quality linens and double or twin single beds. The lounge and dining area is an ideal social space and a great place to eat and relax together. Designed with comfort in mind, Regency Nest comes fully equipped with everything you need to ensure an enjoyable and restful stay. Providing you with plenty of space to dine, relax and unwind, you will love the quiet location, despite its proximity to the centre of Leamington Spa!

Regency Nest is located in the heart of Leamington Spa with all the main attractions and town centre within short walking distance. The Royal Pump Rooms are a 5 minute walk away as is The Parade, Jephson Gardens and All Saints Church. It is important to note that there is a Sainsburys and Tescos within walking distance as well as several smaller convenience stores, which means you can pick up the essentials at almost any time of the day. If you are a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food outlets in the local area. There are an array of atmospheric local pubs, coffee houses and eateries that are within walking distance, you have the choice of many different cuisines including Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Thai, Indian, American and more. There are several noteworthy parks nearby, the entrance to Jephson Gardens is down and across the road from the property and Victoria Park, the Pump Room Gardens and Newbold Comyn are all a 10-15 minute walk away. Centrally located, Regency Nest is a 10-15 minute walk Leamington Spa train station, providing easy access to Banbury, Oxford, London and Birmingham. There are many attractions in the area which are well worth a visit. Visit neighbouring Warwick and the majestic Warwick Castle, with this historic towns' centre being only three miles away. Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home of the internationally-renowned Royal Shakespeare Company is a short drive away.
