We've been running this family-run business for over 20 years. We know what makes a good holiday and customer care is our priority. We have lots of experience in welcoming guests from all over the world to our lodges. We love to meet our visitors and hear their stories. Many of our returning visitors are now friends of ours.
We have developed a great knowledge of what to see and do while staying here, and we are very happy to help you with any aspect of your trip.
We are keen walkers - there are many hills and mountains in the area There are some great shorter walks right from the door of your lodge. We are always happy to give advice on routes and distances - often we'll come with you! Skiing is another of our passions. Glenshee is about an hour away. You can hire skis on the way.
We love visiting the many castles and stately homes in the area. Scone Palace is only a few miles away, 'the crowning place of Scottish Kings'. Elcho Castle is on the other side of Moncreiffe Hill - a great place to visit. Glamis Castle (mentioned in MacBeth) is nearby. Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace are a must. Edinburgh is only an hour away, and Glasgow a little further.

We offer a warm welcome to our guests. Our lodges, beside the River Earn are cosy and comfortable with a feel of home about them. Self-catering offers an opportunity to 'do your own thing' in your own 'home away from home'. There is free wifi, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One of our lodges has a fully accessible walk-in shower and wet room. Most of our lodges have ramp access.
The river runs right past our park, and we have the fishing rights for our stretch of the river, so you can fish free of charge, or just enjoy the wildlife there (kingfisher, heron, swans, beaver, otter, ducks, fish).
We are on the edge of a village, less than 5 minutes’ walk away, yet only 5km from the City of Perth. Our central location makes us ideal for exploring Scotland.
We're at the gateway to The Highlands, with all the natural beauty that goes with it. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities: golf, hiking, rambling, fishing, skiing, water sports and many others.
There's a coin meter for electricity (environmentalists love them!).
We share our park with our 2 goats and our collection of chickens. We have lots of returning visitors who have also become friends over the years. We have been here for 23 years and we know what our guests want.
Outlander filmed here!

What I love about our neighbourhood is that we have the best of both worlds: we are in a rural location, beside the River Earn and Moncreiffe Hill, yet we are only 5km from the Fair City of Perth. An interesting fact about our lodges is that Outlander was filmed here in November 2017 for Season 4. There are many Outlander film locations close by.
The village of Bridge of Earn is a few minutes’ walk. It has a baker, supermarket, pharmacy, 4 pubs, restaurants, tennis courts, bowling green, 2 hairdressing salons, village hall, 2 football pitches. There are some lovely local walks right from your door. I like the fact that we are in a valley surrounded by hills, with the Highlands just a little North. There are some nice walks right here from your lodge.
Perth is a vibrant small city and 10 minutes’ drive away. There are many things to see and do there. There is a wonderful theatre, museum, concert hall, art galleries, specialist shops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. There are castles and stately homes to visit nearby.
Perth also has lots of independent shops and some lovely architecture. The River Tay runs alongside the town, there are some pretty parks and gardens to explore.
