For a small fee, pets are allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is accessed via a flight of gently rising steps with supporting handrail. Prior to parking we suggest you drop off your luggage and, at the same time, pick up the parking permit, which allows you free parking.
Parking is available free of charge on the river bank.
Please note that a parking permit is available from the property and must be displayed on a vehicles dashboard. Failure to return the permit to the property on departure will incur an additional charge of GBP 50.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.
A damage deposit of £100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
