Totally unique studio in the amazing Royal William Yard development located on the waterside in Plymouth...
Amazing location - 10ft french windows flood the flat with light and the high ceilings give the impression of a grand apartment - though its really comfortable and well arranged-
Great kitchen with all usual appliances etc - And a superb shower room with power shower and full sized mirrors- free parking for one car - need your reg number !
Plenty of on site restaurants so cooking isnt essential !! Truly amazing location !!
Note sofa bed is 4’6” x 6’3” - standard double bed size / please do not book if you require a super size bed as this will only lead to disappointment !

Kettle works by flicking switch upward and the flat door locks by priming the lock by turning handle upward and using thumb wheel or key .
We have been hosting for a number of years and like to think we are welcoming to our guests and provided excellent value and comfort levels - always on the end of the phone if you have queries!!
its a magical location - jutting out into the water but moments from the city centre- its quiet - upmarket - and just an amazing location
