We are John and Jane company directors of Spires Accommodation. We specialise in serviced accommodation across the midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, Cannock, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent.
Our aim is to offer guests comfort and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to always offer the best.
We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created.
Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs.
Together with our close knit team we aim to provide the very best in both customer service and a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Rumer Hill House , a favourite place to stay amongst travellers to the area. Experience the charm of our spacious, detached 1930's style home located near Cannock Town Centre. With ample parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway, this property is as convenient as it is comfortable. Two large living rooms provide ultimate comfort and optimal space for up to 5 guests. This home from home combines vintage charm with modern comforts, featuring a stylish dark blue theme driven throughout the property, and brand new refurbished bathroom.
Guests at Rumer Hill House can enjoy hiking and cycling Cannock Chase nearby, or maybe some retail therapy at the new McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, featuring shops such as Hugo Boss, Coach, Kate Spade, Tommy Hilfiger and plenty more along with eateries. The property is within walking distance of Cannock Town Centre where you will find an old fashioned picture house showing current movies. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, Aldi is around the corner, there is also a Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisions and Marks and Spencer food hall all with a 3 minute drive of the property.
Birmingham is 15.5 miles', while Coventry is 29.2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Birmingham Airport, 20.5 miles from the accommodation.

In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then ensure you receive your check in details before arrival. Please make sure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in.

The house is in a residential area on the outskirts of the lively market town Cannock. Good commuter links via M6 to Stafford and Birmingham, Close to A5 and M54
PLEASE NOTE.
We are happy to accept up to 2 well behaved dogs which is charged separately at 5GBP per night. The damage deposit for guests with pets will increase to 250GBP per stay.
Please advise us upon booking if you wish to bring your dog along with you.

All excrement MUST be removed from the premises and deposited in the correct wheelie bin.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture including beds
Under no circumstances can dogs be left unattended in the property.
