Seafarer's View in Old Town Cowes, is a spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with secure parking. Set over 5 stories, the fifth floor being a large roof terrace with breathtaking views across The Solent, Cowes Marina and the bustling, lively High St. The property sleeps 14, but pricing is based on a 12 guest occupancy . Only minutes level walk to any of the waterfront marinas, beaches, and sailing clubs. Cowes town is packed with a wide variety of Restaurants, Bars, Live music, Artisan Shops.
Cowes is the sailing capital of the UK and during the summer season is a bustling hub of activity, both on land and sea, all can be viewed from the roof terrace of Seafarer's View. Cowes is also the gateway to the Isle of Wight's rich abundance of natural beauty and history, from award winning golden sandy beaches to Queen Victoria's Osborne House and medieval castles. Seafarer's View is located in Cowes town centre and all the marinas, pubs and restaurants are metres away. The property boasts excellent and rare parking facilities with secure parking for several vehicles and additional parking in front of the property. Local authority transport consists of electric scooters which are dotted around the town and a regular bus service runs from the local terminal.
