Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our holiday let properties for a few years. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. They handle all guest communication personally to ensure the best service is always delivered. What to expect when you book with us Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps you must complete to confirm the booking. We do require all stays to pay a refundable damage deposit of 200 hundred pounds. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refunded after the property has been cleaned and inspected after checkout. You can expect to see your refunded deposit back in your account within 5-10 working days (timing depends on who you bank with.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&Cs and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification to our secure system. We allow 1 small dog at the property which incurs an additional forty-pound fee upon booking. Please let us know upon booking that you wish to bring your dog and we will send through a separate payment link.
