🛏️ Welcome to Seascape Calling
2 Bedrooms • Sleeps 6 • Slightly Haunted by Good Vibes
Need a break from the real world? Tired of hotels that smell like sadness and air freshener? Come stay at Seascape Calling, our beloved, beautifully chaotic caravan at Winchelsea Sands, East Sussex. It’s got all the charm of a beach escape, minus the trauma of pitching a tent or queuing for communal showers.
🛋️ What You Get (Besides Inner Peace):
1 Double Bedroom – soft bed, peaceful vibes, and absolutely no judgment if you nap three times a day.
1 Twin Room – for kids, mates, or people who can't share a duvet without sparking a domestic.
1 Sofa Bed – folds out faster than you can say “this’ll do.”
A proper kitchen – yes, there’s a kettle. Yes, there’s a microwave. Yes, you’ll still order takeaway.
A bathroom with an actual shower and toilet. Clean. Private. No flip-flops needed.
🌐 Let’s Talk Wi-Fi:
There isn’t any.
You’ve got two choices:
1. Bring your own hotspot like the tech-savvy legend you are.
2. Pay Park Holidays for their Wi-Fi, which works fine... most of the time... on Tuesdays... if the wind’s right.
🐾 Dog-Friendly (Because Dogs Are Better Than People)
Bring your furry mate. Ours practically run the place. The deck is great for sunbathing and judging passers-by together.
🌞 Outside Vibes:
Private decking area – perfect for sipping wine, reading a book, or pretending to write one.
Table and chairs included. Umbrella not included (because this is England).
📍 The Location Bit:
We’re at Winchelsea Beach – quiet, chill, and free from hen parties.
Close to Rye (cute and cobbly), Camber Sands (sandy and windy), and Dungeness (odd but worth it
Meet Your Hosts
We’re Luk, Sean, and the fabulous, unforgettable Marek (Simon—because of course he had two names). He may no longer be here in person, but don’t worry—he’s still haunting the place, judging our towel folding, and occasionally causing unexplained breezes.
Marek was the soul of this place. Loud laughter, huge heart, always ready to help—whether you needed a hand or just his last biscuit. Even in his wheelchair, he smiled through people’s cruelty with grace we’ll never understand. That was Marek.
He was born in January 1981 and left us far too soon in September 2024. We bought our second van at Winchelsea Sands mid-pandemic—just us, Coco the dog, and a few judgmental seagulls. After Marek passed, I couldn’t stay in that van. So with help from our hero Eban, we moved to a new pitch. Different caravan. Same heart.
I’m Luk—overemotional, dramatic, occasionally spotted yelling at the hoover. Sean joined in 2022. Quiet at first, now secretly running the place and stealing snacks behind my back.
Our furry staff includes Bella (CEO), Marni (living teddy bear), and Toshi (tiny and definitely suspicious). Coco and Impi now supervise from above—probably with snacks and opinions.
This isn’t just a caravan. It’s a home. A love story. A little mad. A little magic. And Marek? Still here. Always.
Welcome to Seascape Calling 💙
With love,
Luk, Sean & Marek (always with us—and definitely judging)
