Seascapes is located within the landmark building Granville Point that overlooks the sea and the north Devon seaside town of Ilfracombe. With unsurpassed views of the sea from the elevated position, the apartment is ideally placed just a short walk downhill towards the town centre, harbour, shops and restaurants and the famous Tunnels Beaches. Arranged over two floors with three ground floor bedroom the apartment can accommodate five guests. The master benefits from an en-suite shower room and there is a further family bathroom. On the first floor the living space is light and airy with patio doors at each end of the room leading onto seaward facing balconies. Divided into a high quality modern kitchen with breakfast area, there is another formal dining table and seating area arranged to enjoy the magnificent views through the windows and patio doors. Both patios are furnished with seating and boast uninterrupted views. The apartment has allocated parking space for two cars in a gated car park. Perfectly placed to enjoy all that this popular seaside resort has to offer, Seascapes makes the ideal stay for a couple or with friends and family.

Ilfracombe lies in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on a beautiful stretch of North Devon coastline, with five beaches and a pretty harbour now famous for the Damien Hirst bronze statue ‘Whoever’ that stands guard over the entrance. Once a Victorian retreat. the town is now a vibrant and popular resort with a fine variety of restaurants, cafes and shops in the town. The hand carved Tunnels Beaches offers some of the best rockpooling to be found and is also a busy wedding venue.
