Seashore House was purpose built from scratch for Holiday lets in 2009. Featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms one with a large walk in shower on the ground floor and an access ramp to the house for guests with limited mobility. Every bedroom and the lounge/dining room has wonderful sea views.
The property has full central heating and is well insulated so even in the winter you will never be cold.
We have recently replaced all the beds with luxury memory foam beds and the master bedroom boasts a king size bed. There is also a also a new leather comfy suite in the lounge,
Johnshaven is an ideal family holiday destination throughout the year. Located around 7 miles north of Montrose on the A92, the village is in the heart of the South Aberdeenshire coastal region and within easy access of a range of activities; from nature and heritage trails to castles and stately home visits.
Within Johnshaven itself, visitors can find true relaxation in a welcoming and friendly community. Take a stroll down to the harbour, watch the small fishing boats land their catch and sample fresh lobster from Scotland's largest shellfish merchant. Make use of the recreational facilities at Wairds Park to the rear of Seashore House.
The community managed park provides for all ages; safe play areas, tennis, bowls and putting as well as a calendar of seasonal activities for all to enjoy.
Take time out to walk along the ancient coastal paths through un-spoilt scenery loaded with wildlife, find a spot to rest and look out for dolphins, porpoise and whales in the sparkling waters.
