Welcome to our happy place. It really is a relaxing haven inside Sher. We hope the decor and inspirational pictures gives you a sense of wellbeing as you enjoy the rest and recuperation of your holiday.
The open-plan light kitchen, dining and seating area makes for easy communication even when preparing the meal in the kitchen. There are some games for after dinner entertainment. Whilst you enjoy a cup of good coffee from the Nespresso machine. The TV is brand new, with plenty of channels to suit all the family. Free 4G WiFi is provided.
The master bedroom is nothing short of luxury, the full width of the caravan, with king size bed with new mattress, a full en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe & plenty of cupboard & drawer space .... well you could live in it, it is also beautifully comfortable and very dark at night to aid sleep.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING BEDDING AND PERSONAL TOWELS.

Have breakfast at the table on the side patio.
Sit on the decking and the sea can be glimpsed, the sun can get very hot here so there is a parasol provided. Wait until you venture onto the huge expanse of golden sand that stretches as far as the eye can see.
The whole home is dog friendly and we even provide raised dog feeders for the pets to eat at ease. The treat jar will be popular too. We would request that dogs use the throws provided if they are allowed on the furniture.
Check the guest folder, it will help, with local transport info, local walks and the restaurants for when you fancy a treat, they come well recommended.
A twenty minute walk along the beach will take you to SunnySands, another Lyons park, there is a lively bar with entertainment, ask at Caeralwen reception for passes. We have provided lots of leaflets for the many attraction nearby too. Way too many to visit in one holiday........ maybe you could return to Sher another time, we hope so.
PLEASE No single night bookings.
Duane and I have lived fairly local to this area for about 3 decades now but it wasn't really until we became semi retired that we visited this amazing coast and discovered the beauty of the beach and it's awesome sunsets.
Sher is therefore our first caravan, and we novice hosts.
We have tried to make the caravan as welcoming as possible and provided everything we can think of for your convenience and comfort.
If you are unlucky enough to experience Welsh weather in the form of rain, you will find some wet weather clothing in the walk-in and a brolly in the boiler cupboard. There is also a back-pack if you need it for a hike.
Do leave us your thoughts on your stay, we welcome constructive criticism and suggestions to make improvements as needed.
With thanks, Duane & Sue.
Barmouth can be reached in less than 15 minutes by road, the train station is just over the bridge and Barmouth is 5 minutes away by train. Talybont is a request stop on your return! Porthmadog and Pwhelli are an easy journey too. See the folder for train times. The local bus picks up from the Ysgethin sign on the main road, again see folder for details.
Harlech and it's high castle are close by.
Local walks are varied and worth the effort.
