We are Tim and Lucy and we live on the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast with our son Jack and our daughter Emily. We have been successfully letting our cottages: Arwen cottage in Aldeburgh, Thimble cottage in Southwold, Albion House and Stable cottage in Saxmundham via our companies Aldeburgh Seaside Cottages, Southwold Seaside Cottages and Seaside Luxury Cottages. Our properties are self-catering and advertise on Booking com. We are thrilled to have met such interesting people and received such lovely feedback for it. Tim was born and bred in beautiful Suffolk and I was born in Lima-Peru and brought up in Milan-Italy. I speak Spanish, Italian, French, German and English. As my husband’s family is from Suffolk we have strong ties with this beautiful part of the world. Having travelled extensively we have been inspired by the good things we have come across in properties we have stayed in. As you can tell, we are passionate about providing somewhere special that our guests will love, enjoy and return to. This hideaway is perfect for short breaks and is ideal as a base for touring the picturesque Suffolk coastal area from the market town of Saxmundham. The spare single floor mattresses (additional fee applicable), which are not as comfortable as standard single beds, provide the additional 4 bed spaces. These can be placed in either reception rooms or bedrooms. Within easy reach of the A12 and serviced by local buses and trains, Saxmundham is conveniently located for days out to all places of interest in the Suffolk Heritage Coastal area and to other major attractions of East Anglia.For an evening stroll or Sunday walk, Carlton Country Park is just 10 mins walk away. From the town, you can take a bus or taxi for the short journey into Leiston, Snape or Aldeburgh for an evening at the cinema, theatre or a concert; or a train to the cinema in Woodbridge, or the Arts Centre in Halesworth.
