Spacious 4 bedroom house - 2 en-suite, 1 separate bathroom + WC. Modern clean well equipped house with beautiful closed in private garden with a secured back for small children. Convenient location - only 5 mins walk to town centre. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with sufficient parking for 3/4 vehicles directly opposite the house.
House is N.I.T.B approved. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with kids). Ideal for golf , fishing and boating activities. Wi-Fi also included. This accommodation is perfect for large families/groups attending weddings/functions at our 3 local hotels namely The Killyhevlin Hotel, Lough Erne Gold Resort Hotel and The Manor House Country Hotel.
The house is a 5 minute walk to a variety of excellent traditional, modern and boutique bars to choose from. Blake’s of the Hollow is one of the most popular where you can enjoy live music and admire one of the Game of Thrones, specially engraved doors.
Enjoy fine dining at restaurants such as Francos, 28 Darling Street, Dollakis (Greek), Kamal Mahal (Indian) & Thai Kitchen. The award winning Jolly Sandwich (Darling Street) perfect for brunch/coffee.
Fun to be around. Very knowledgeable about local area and lives only 2 minutes from the property. Always happy to help! Boat tours of lower and upper Lough Erne including the very popular Devenish Island can be arranged for groups of up to 6 people.
