The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an Electric Range, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and double-sided woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite, one of which has a TV, along with three ground-floor rooms, including a king-size, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. Outside there is a side lawn with patio, furniture, games, and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles, a pub in 3.6 miles, and River Claw in 2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stone Barn is a wonderful base for exploring the coast and country of Devon. Note: There is wheelchair access. Note: There are however 2 steps between the kitchen and sitting room. Bude's sandy beaches are conveniently close by, while farther afield, travellers may discover the South West Coastal Path's shifting landscape, the majestic Exmoor and Dartmoor, the unspoiled Bodmin Moor, or simply unwind in North Devon's serene countryside.
