Company information

Our properties are a bungalow design. The cottages are all on one level and have walk in showers and a bath with shower taps. They have no internal steps and have easy walking access for visitors using walking aids. There should be no difficulties gaining access to the bathroom bedrooms kitchen lounge and outside patio area. Wheelchair access may be gained through the lounge patio doors. Standard size wheelchairs will fit through the bathroom door. We will do everything we can to help those in your party with special requirements, just provide us with all relevant information at the time of booking. All bedding is freshly laundered. A set of one bath towel and one hand towel will be provided per person.

Property information

The following information is to tell you about our cottages and help with your expectations concerning your holiday. This information should be read carefully in conjunction with our booking conditions. As our location is rural and in the country side you may hear the sound of tractors and lawn mowers from early morning into late evening and on the odd occasion the sound of wild animals including foxes badgers and crows. The donkey sanctuary are our neighbours and can be heard braying throughout the day. There is adequate parking adjacent to the cottages for easy access for unloading and loading the car. We do ask for you to not drive or park your car on the grass when it has been raining to avoid getting stuck in the mud. We ask guests to arrive at 16:00 and depart at 10:00. Guest may request to arrive earlier or leave later at an additional cost. However this is depending on other guests this may not be possible. Please inquire when booking.

Neighbourhood information

All bedding is freshly laundered for a one week or seven night booking. A set of one bath towel and one hand towel will be provided per person. We can provide a child’s travel cot and high chair if required. However you will need to bring bedding for the cot. Please request these when booking. We have a lovely private patio area where our guests can take advantage of the summer evenings and make use of a BBQ. We ask Guests to please be responsible when using a BBQ. *A maximum of two dogs are welcome per stay. A nightly pet fee per dog applies. Kindly coordinate your pet’s accommodation directly with the host. After your booking is confirmed, the host will provide details on how to arrange payment for your pet’s stay.
