Number Twenty Six is a newly renovated 3 bedroom duplex apartment situated in the picturesque village of Colinsburgh in the East Neuk of Fife. With its stunning beaches, quaint fishing villages, award winning eateries and an abundance of links golf courses the East Neuk is the perfect location for a family holiday. Only 2 miles from Elie Beach and 9 miles from Saint Andrews Number Twenty Six is the perfect base for exploring the whole Coast.
Hi my name is Sharron. I purchased Number Twenty Six in 2022 as a holiday home as I fell in love with the East Neuk after many visits over the years. I love the tranquility of the coast and also the micro-climate. I often leave a dull and dismal Glasgow and after just over an hours drive I enter a sunny east coast of Fife. I love the beach and enjoy all the coastal walks on my doorstep. I plan to give the garden some needed tlc next spring and look forward to many sunny and exciting days ahead.
The village of Colinsburgh boasts a host of amenities including a well stocked shop, village hall, petrol station and laundrette. The Kinneuchar Inn....... a 17th-century pub and restaurant which champions great locally produced food in an intimate setting is within a 5 minute walk from our property Dumbarnie Links Golf Club and Charleton Golf club are both within a 3 minutes drive. The villages of Elie, St Monans, Lower Largo, Lundin Links, Pitenweem and Crail are all closeby. St Andrews is only 9 miles away. The 95 bus which you can board right outside the library will take you to St Andrews via Elie, St Monans, Pitenweem, Anstruther, Crail and Kingsbarns
