There is onsite parking on the drive for one vehicle and plenty of free parking on the street outside. The house is a few minutes walk from local shops and Market Rasen train station.

Property information

A stunning three-bedroom house nestled in the heart of Market Rasen. Recently renovated in November 2023, the apartment is perfect for families visiting Lincolnshire or for contractors working in the area. The property features an inviting and spacious living room, with french windows that lead out to a beautiful, low-maintenance garden. The living room is modern, warm and comfortable, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including fast WiFi of 67Mbps and a 49” Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc). Leading on from the living room is the kitchen, which is fully fitted with gas hobs, oven and extractor, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, plates, pots and pans for cooking, as well as a range of utensils and cutlery. It also has a washing machine and drying rack with all washing detergents provided. The property features three bedrooms, the first offering a super king sized bed which can be converted into two single beds upon request, and the second two rooms featuring double beds. The property also has a baby crib. The property is over two floors with the ground floor hosting the kitchen, living room and loo, and upstairs hosting all three bedrooms, along with the bathroom that has a shower over bath. If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our cleaners. There will be a small pet fee.
