The living area is a beautiful space with plenty of comfortable sofas to relax on as well as a smart TV making it the perfect place to wind down with family and friends.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is a modern space which has everything you need to prepare meals. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and a. dishwasher. There is also a dining table in the open plan kitchen which provides seating for 6 guests.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The main bathroom is on the first floor and provides a bath with a shower head, a toilet and sink. There is also a WC on the ground floor with a toilet and sink.

Walking - The property is incredibly located in the town of Tuxford which is a beautiful, historic place with plenty of amazing bars, cafes and museums to explore within walking distance.
Car - The A1 and A57are a just a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Newark-on-Trent, Rufford Abbey Country Park and Sherwood Forest.
Taxi - We recommend using Uber or Tuxicar.
