Our property is located on a quiet road in Norwich city center and comes with a private hot tub and cinema screen. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Offering two king-size beds and a double bed, the property is a perfect match for professionals or those seeking a weekend getaway. Complimentary items to help you settle: - Tea & Coffee - Self-check-in - Large Cinema Screen: Netflix, Prime Video, Starz - Luxury bed linen - Quality toiletries and soaps - Snug / den - Hot tub - 24/7 on-street parking included (1 car) 3rd bedroom located through second bedroom. The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor. There is a security camera on the external of the front door & external back gate and a Minut Home Security Device on in the living room. House rules, 200 GBP fine for each rule broken: - No Pets - No smoking (300 GBP fine) - No drugs - No fires - No parties - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking at any time unless pre agreed - No unauthorised late check-out or early check-in - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys will result in a house rule being broken - Additional cleaning fee for BBQ use - No “loud” music to be played outside - Leaving the hot tub in unfit state/misuse - All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for accidents or injury as a result of using the hot tub. - No use of hot tub between hours of 22:00 - 07:00
