A beautiful semi-detached 4 bedroom home, just 3 miles from Fistral beach. We are situated down a quaint country lane with easy access in and out of Newquay. Spacious parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway, a small private street and immediately next door to an authentic Cornish Farm shop selling local produce. The house is packed with high-end kitchenware, utensils, utilities, smart-tv and high-speed BT broadband. The garden is perfectly south-facing (sun trap!) and has an outside shower and modern garden furniture. Unwind in the 5-seater hot tub with 2 loungers and 50 jets at the end of your beach days.
A very quiet, secure and short private road with 6 dwellings on it. There is no through road on our private street and therefore no traffic. It's a perfect location to get in and out of Newquay during the high season.
