Neutrally decorated throughout, this property comprises a good size fully equipped kitchen, wooden flooring, and a space to dine. Three bright bedrooms including lots of storage space, and 2 bathrooms with an overhead shower and a bathtub. The property is immaculately presented with ample storage space and natural light throughout. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we have partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be required to pay a refundable deposit in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please note that American express card is not accepted.

Kingston upon Thames is a nice area with beautiful family homes, incredible shopping and loads of green space, the borough of Kingston upon Thames is fast becoming one of the best places to live in South London. With the River Thames stretching along the western side of the borough and the glorious greenery of Richmond Park to the north, Kingston makes up for this with an impressive array of shopping complexes and restaurants. Whilst no Underground links run through the area, the borough is well-served by rail connections which mostly make up for the lack of tube stations. There are many stations nearby, almost all of which are on the South West Trains route, and direct trains to London Waterloo take around 30 minutes. The closest rail station Norbiton is 3 mins walking distance from the apartment, only 30 mins trip to Victoria Tube Station!
