Sundowners, a three-storey home consists of a kitchen with an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area, and utility/cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size with an ensuite shower room, and a double bedroom. There is a second-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin bedroom, along with second-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and bike storage, a front garden with patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub. Pet-friendly. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Sundowners is a stylish abode, ideal for an escape to Suffolk. Note: The front garden is not enclosed, dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: There are steps up to the property, please take care.
Note - This is a three storey property with one bannister on the stairs so may not be suitable to those with very limited mobility.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
