The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an . electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, x2 fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for 14 guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite shower, a king-size, a ground-floor double with TV and en-suite shower, two ground-floor twins with Tv and en-suite showers, along with a games room. In the external building there is a super-king-size with TV and en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and TV. Outside, there is a large garden with ample furniture and storage, along with off-road parking for 6 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and a highchair and travel cot are available. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Please do not climb the steps in the garden or allow pets in the bedrooms.
