We are new to booking. Lux Ville, a stylish, premium quality, and tastefully furnished home. it is spacious, and famliy friendly. Lux Ville is a stunning newly refurbished 6 bedroom, 6 showers, 7 WC, house with a communal living area. Hence, everything is brand new. The house has a beautiful garden and outdoor sitting area. We have provided everything you need for your stay. We love welcoming guests and are looking for responsible and respectful guests who will be considerate to our neighbours. We DO NOT allow parties. Dinner events and shoots are welcome. No loud gathering in the garden or driveway after 10pm. We have external cameras to monitor the property at all times. We have the right to request ID from guests. The number of guests entering the property (not JUST sleeping over) must be correctly stated at the time of booking. We do not allow unauthorised guests. Please note if the guests break any of the requirements, their stay will be cancelled with immediate effect and they will be asked to leave the premises and fined. NO PETS, there are some exceptions with certain animals. Please confirm IN ADVANCE. Extra cleaning chargers may apply. We don't offer monthly or weekly discounts for summer months. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is coffee, tea,. There are utensils, plates and other crockery. There is also a toaster and blender etc. There is also a washing machine, dryer and two large fridge freezer. Bedrooms The rooms have comfy beds and pillows All stocked with bed linen and towels. Tv with multimedia channels as well as sky sports. Bathrooms 5 bedrooms have private en-suite toilets and shower. The 6th room have a dedicated bathroom and toilet. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Let us know if you need anything.
