Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with canal views. Located 20 min walk to downtown Leeds and train station. Enjoy amenities like high-speed WiFi, Netflix, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, free parking, and peaceful neighbourhood along the Leeds canal. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect city & waterfront location! Please note: The property strictly accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Unfortunately, I am unable to host additional people due to insurance and licensing restrictions.

I’m a young professional working in the medical industry, I’m interested in graphic design, photography, and travel.

The house enjoys a convenient location to help you easily get around central Leeds. On foot from the house, the vibrant Leeds city center is only a 15-minute walk along the calm canal path just out front. There you'll find theatres, museums, dining, and more. It has one free parking spot, additionally, free street parking is readily available in the neighborhood. Please let me know if you require parking for extra or oversized vehicles. The house is also quite close to M62 motorways by car.
