Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Back patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property is situated on the river’s edge and is unfenced.. The Annex is attached to the owner’s Grade II listed cottage – a traditional picture-postcard cottage you’d expect to see in Devon. Sitting on the banks of the River Exe, with great access to Exeter which is just 10 miles or so away, and Tiverton, just 4 miles on the A396 that passes directly past the cottage. The original house was built in the 17th century and had been used as a guest house for many years. The Annex itself is a lovely property with two double bedrooms, both with en-suites, and one with beautiful river views. Downstairs is a cosy living room facing the river, with Smart TV, electric fire and a games console. Outside you can enjoy the gorgeous location on the patio and treat yourself to an al-fresco meal or evening drink as you look up at the stars and listen to the water flowing past. Young children should be supervised as the property sits on the water’s edge. There is also a lawn area the owner is happy to share, which also offers access to the main section of the location, where you will find a restaurant just over the lovely bridge.
