Situated in a woodland location, this detached annexe is in beautiful area. It has a fenced lawned garden which is exclusively for your own use. It is an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is a peaceful location but still very close to the nearest town Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail park.
We have lived in this beautiful location for 11 years now. We have 3 children and 3 dogs. Guests are left to enjoy their stay but the host is available by messaging or in person as required
Quiet and tranquil setting. Dog walkers use the wooded areas Tescos, Sainsburys and a retail park can be found on the Hardwick trading estate approx 5 miles from the property. Ideal location for cycling around the nearby lakes and coastal paths. On site locked storage for cycles. You need a car to get around
