The Annexe is A separate 2 bedroom 1 shower room adjoining our main home. It offers an open plan living, dining & kitchen area along side 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom & a shower room with washbasin & W/C.
There is also a small private outdoor space to the rear with outdoor seating. The annexe is located a 5 minute walk to GCHQ and a few extra minutes walk to the A40 to access local bus routes to Cheltenham Town Centre & Gloucester City Centre.
it is ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds and its charming villages.
Wi-fi is available across the whole property
We run a successful lettings business in and around Cheltenham.
We live on site with our 6 dogs.
Situated directly opposite GCHQ on a quiet housing development on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
