The beds are very comfortable due to high quality pocket sprung mattresses with feather free bedding and all rooms are totally non-smoking. All our bedrooms have free Wi-Fi, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Telephones have voicemail and phone calls can be fielded to guest rooms twenty four hours a day.

While still keeping its Victorian elegance, resulting in a stylish and luxurious bed and breakfast The house is situated in Oxford's premier residential area of Summertown and a short bus ride away from the bustling City Centre. The house has now been renovated without disturbing it`s Victorian elegance and offers 16 bedrooms, Fully Air-Conditioned, Wifi, on-site car parking and landscaped gardens.
