We currently have 8 properties available at High Park Barns North Devon. Montgomery Barn - a converted Barn (sleeps 4),Sheldon - a converted Barn (sleeps 4), Hastings Barn - a converted Barn (sleeps 4), Molesworth Barn - a converted Barn (sleeps 2), Molesworth Barn - a converted Barn (sleeps 2), Moulton-Barret Barn - a modern barn (sleeps 6) and High Park House - a spacious 6,500sq.ft country house (sleeps 16). All the properties share the indoor heated swimming pool and 6 seater hot tub; except Seascape Croyde which only has a private hot tub. The pool temperature is kept 30°C thanks to our bio-mass boiler. We offer guests the opportunity to come and relax near our private 100m lake or take a stroll around the 14 acres of grounds. High Park is steeped in history, and former residents include the nephew of the famous poet Robert Browning and Elizabeth Moulton-Barrett.

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn has recently been converted transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life. Enjoy the shared indoor heated swimming pool & 6 seater hot tub. This Barn is situated with 14 acres of private land with secure access via electric gates. Within the grounds is an accessible large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation, over 200 fish and a boat house. The Barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, air-conditioning, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.
