Welcome to THE COACH HOUSE. ★ A beautiful modern barn conversion with stunning period features inc. jaw-dropping vaulted ceilings, a bright mezzanine, open fireplace & original Aga ★ Perfectly located in the village of Hambledon (the cradle of cricket) – the ideal base for exploring the South Downs ★ Lovely quiet setting next to church and vineyards with private parking & enclosed garden ★ Bright and spacious mezzanine level with comfy seating, glorious views and a workspace ★ Fully-equipped country kitchen with original working 1936 Aga as well as modern oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and washing facilities ★ Boot room with seating and storage for coats and wellies after a long walk in the Downs ★ A luxurious family bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor as well as an additional cloakroom with WC and shower. ★ 2 stylish and cosy bedrooms on the ground floor (one double and one twin) and a third double bedroom on the first floor, all with ample wardrobe space ★ Enclosed private garden in tranquil setting with feature well and patio for outdoor dining ★ Private driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles with mains charging for EV’s - Please note that the turn in to the driveway is quite tight and may not be suitable for larger vehicles but ample free and unrestricted street parking is also available just a few steps away back on the village road.
