The Coo's Guest House is a family run guest house in a charming Victorian villa close to the city centre and to Caledonian Canal. An ideally located guest house in Inverness both to explore the Highlands and to stroll around the city centre, the Coo's has 9 stylish bedrooms all ensuite, with smart TV and free WIFI. We are family friendly with family rooms and double rooms with extra bed/cot. We are biker friendly with a private parking reserved for motorbikes. We are bicycles friendly and we offer complimentary secure bike storage for our guests.

The Coo's Guest House is a contactless establishment. Staff are not present on-site at all hours but are available during specific time slots and always on hand in case of urgent needs. Additionally, management can always be reached through the contact details provided on-site.

The Coo's also utilizes a self-check-in system by sending access codes for the property and the assigned room, typically the day before check-in. This system allows our guests to check in at any time after 3:30 PM, including during the night, offering greater flexibility and convenience.

On-site parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly asked to park their vehicles properly within the designated spaces to avoid obstructing others from parking
