Shaun, Kelly and their young son Harry, welcome you to, their beautifully decorated annexe. Opened in Spring 2018, this converted outbuilding is located in their family back garden, overlooking a field, which is home to Highland cattle.
The Annexe is equipped with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury bed and breakfast, centrally heated throughout, for those colder winter months. The bedroom features a Double bed, with Egyptian cotton sheets, duck feather pillows and duvet. There’s a wall mounted 43″ tv with freeview, a Bluetooth speaker and WIFI for added entertainment. Tea and coffee making facilities, are provided with freshly baked cookies.
The spacious en-suite, features a double shower with rainwater shower head, Cowshed toiletries and luxurious fluffy towels. A Hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
The Annexe also has a small patio area to the front of the property overlooking the spacious garden, ideal for taking breakfast in the warmer months, or a celebratory drink. Although we are unlicensed, If you have brought your own drinks, we are more than happy to provide you with the use of ice buckets and glasses, should you need them.
We have lived at the property for over three and a half years and love nothing more than hopping on our bikes and exploring the local area and the amazing countryside Norfolk has to offer which is right on our doorstep.
Worstead was once a popular town, but now a small village. Surrounded by the beautiful Norfolk countryside, the village is served by one church, and a pub called the White Lady. Each year a two day event takes place at the end of July, called the Worstead Festival, hosting a great day out for all the family.
Due to our location, and being served by its own train station, we are ideally situated, for some of Norfolk’s best attractions.
The Broads have a wonderful mixture of open water, woodland, fen and marsh and are a National Park.
There are over 300km of footpaths and bike-hire centres throughout the Broads and a wide range of fishing for anglers of all levels.
Norfolk has 93 miles of coastline laden with unspoilt beaches that are clean, safe and family-friendly.
They’re great to enjoy throughout the seasons, all are dog-friendly.
Visiting Norwich provides one of the best medieval experiences in Europe and the city is just 12 miles from The Earsdon Annexe, it can be accessed by train, directly from Worstead station, and is great for shopping.
Norfolk is an area full of grand houses, stately homes, gardens, churches and fine historical architecture.
