The Firlet is a self contained one bedroom flat south facing with panaoramic views overlooking Penlee Wood and Rame valley. Deer can often be seen on the hillside opposite. It is in a private quiet relaxing position above Cawsand with a number of steps and hill down to the village so you will need to be reasonably fit and mobile. There is private parking at the property.
I have lived here all my life so if there is anything you would like to know about the area please ask and I will be more than happy to help if I can.
We are on the south west coastal path so if you enjoy walking this is the perfect place. It is close to Mt Edgcumbe Country Park which has fabulous views of Plymouth Sound and a short ferry ride to Plymouth and the Royal William Yard. There is a ferry from Cawsand Beach (seasonal) which takes you into the Barbican and Mayflower Steps in Plymouth. We are close to Polhawn Fort and Whitsand Bay with stunning unspoilt beaches.
