Set in the idyllic North York Moors, The Grainary offers accommodation with beautiful countryside views.The farm is set in 40 acres of open countryside in Harwood Dale, and has its own wildlife and numerous scenic walking routes. Each of the 15 colourful, modern rooms in The Grainary include en suite bathrooms, as well as a Freeview TV and a welcome tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits. Harwood Dale Forest which surrounds The Grainary, provides plenty of trails for watching wildlife including birds (night jars) roe deer, badgers, foxes and dragonflies including our woodland board walk to the wet land area which includes the rare Royal Fern. Free parking is available at The Grainary, and the seaside town of Scarborough is 15 minutes’ drive away. Historic Whitby can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Harwood Dale Forest which is 4 miles from The Grainary is popular for watching wildlife including birds, roe deer, badgers, foxes and dragonflies.
