For those dinning at the GWA we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can achieve this via our on-line diary or alternatively call us during opening hours.
We offer three bespoke indoor eating areas as well as the bar. Each room displays a wealth of character and charm with real fires and endless Great Western Railway memorabilia throughout.
In the summer the enclosed garden with covered stables area is a must if your eating alfresco or drinking with friends. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Fresh Coffee, Cocktails and a Gin Menu are well supported by an array of Hook Norton Ales all locally brewed.

Offering extensive parking at the front and to the rear of the building, this is one canal side pub not to be missed. Take a stroll along moored narrow boats either side of Bridge 190 on the Oxford Canal prior to a sampling the local ale from Hook Norton Brewery just ten miles to the east.
