Downstairs you will find lounge diner with a smart TV, Echo Dot (Alexa) and wood burner as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor. The master has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a Freeview TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom is also located upstairs and has a bath with an overhead shower.
To the rear of the property you will find a very pleasant and secure courtyard garden with outdoor seating and a table for al fresco dining. There is also a shed.
There is one allocated parking space in a private car park towards the rear of the property which is accessed off King street. There are double yellow lines on the road outside, meaning you are not able to park directly in front of the property.
The nearest bus stop is on Newbiggin Road 3 minutes walk away.
A complimentary starter pack of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, shampoo etc is provided. Should you run out further supplies can be purchased from Tesco’s on Southgate or CoOp located on Newbiggin.
Hornsea Tesco, as mentioned is just down the road and are now offering Click & Collect. You order online and they bring your shopping out to your car for you.

You’ll also find Hornsea Museum which provides an insight into the town’s history and the stunning Hall Garth Park which offers a haven for walkers. It also contains a free skatepark, plus there's a fantastic play area for the younger kids too. Hornsea beach is just 15 minutes walk away. Tesco and the petrol station is also close by.
Down the road is the ever popular Hornsea Freeport Shopping Outlet; a great place for shopping, a traditional afternoon tea or a visit to the fun-filled Bugtopia Hornsea Zoo - a memorable day for all the family!”
