Martyn & Elaine have been running the Hillcroft Boutique Unique! for 11 years. We enjoy meeting new people and aim to make the most out of your stay . We enjoy looking for new artefacts to decorate the rooms , so things are always changing !!!Elaine is a local girl, she is a keen collector of Torquay Pottery which had it's hey day in the 1880s-1960s. There is a collection on display around the property.

We hope you will enjoy your visit to our unique accommodation! We are ideally placed just 5 minutes walk to the seafront or the town centre , we have free parking . Our property is decorated in an individual and quirky style, much like us!

We are a stone's throw from the seafront and also the town in the other direction however, we are situated in a quiet residential part of Torquay, Guests often comment how quiet it is here but also how handy we are for everything. There are several good restaurant ,bars and of course The Princess Theatre is at the bottom of the hill which is really handy for our guests. You will not need to use your car while you are here, as everything is easily accessible.
