If you have booked on the arrival day and expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform The Motel, Ribby Hall Village in advance.

The rooms can accommodate up to 2 people aged 3 and over. Children cannot be in a room on their own, they must share with an adult in their party. If you wish to accommodate any infants aged 2 and under please contact the property directly.

The property's swimming pool supervision policy is 1 adult to 1 child under 4 years old, 1 adult to 2 children 4-7 years old and 1 adult to 4 children 8-12 years.

Due to essential maintenance & refurbishment works, bike hire, the climbing wall and boating will be unavailable between Tuesday 3rd January - Thursday 30th March. These activities will resume from Friday 31st March. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
